My running club, MCRRC, will co-host the USA Cross County Championships at the Agricultural History Farm Park in Derwood, MD on Saturday February 7, 2009. Some of the best runners in the nation will compete for prestigious championship titles.
And some other runners too… There is no qualifications other than being a member of USATF, so I signed up. While I'm in no danger of winning an award, it will be fun to run in this national event.
If you're in the area, come check out the races. Or, better yet, enter. There is also a "Community 4km Cross Country" race.
